I don’t think she had plastic surgery. She’s got pics out there of when she was younger and she still had those cheekbones and the same nose. I think she’s totally beautiful. That said, the dress was a bad choice and so was the heavy makeup. She doesn’t need all that crap on her face, and I thought she was cuter a little heavier.
She still looks amazing though. Did you know she’s a twin? She has a twin brother. So does Ashton Kutcher.

You can tell she’d like enormous things.

Firstly I agree that especially if you had that other (in)famous red dress (Golden Globes 2006) in your mind, she looks very thin. And probably is too, because she trained for a physical movie role (Iron Man sequel).

There is difference but maybe not as shocking as these photos in the red dress mislead.

I believe that she did have breast implants but got them removed.
